Save the restriction message

Record your account ID, the date the restriction appeared and its exact wording. Account access, verification and payment restrictions can be different problems.

Do not make another deposit or create a second account to get around the restriction.

Use the operator's support channel

Open support from the sportsbook's own app or website. Keep one case number and add replies to the same request.

Ask what caused the restriction, what action is required and whether a withdrawal request remains open. Do not guess the reason or send unnecessary identity documents.

Make a clear request

State the problem, the action already taken and what remains unresolved. Attach the relevant receipt or rejection message, without passwords, PINs or OTPs.

Suggested wording: My account [ID] has shown [message] since [date]. I submitted [requested item] on [date] under case [number]. Please confirm what remains outstanding and the next step.

Separate account access from payment

For rejected documents, read KYC troubleshooting. For a payment, use deposit tracing or withdrawal status.

If the case needs escalation, request the operator's formal complaints process. Keep the responses and terms applicable to the account.
